Oktoberfest 2025 Food Vendor Application

This market will take place on Saturday, October 11th, 2025 from 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm during Brentwood’s annual Oktoberfest downtown.

Are you interested in serving up delicious eats at this year’s Downtown Brentwood Oktoberfest? We’re now accepting applications for our Oktoberfest Food Court, and we’re looking for a variety of food vendors to bring bold flavors and festive fare to the celebration!

Whether you run a food truck, booth, or specialty stand—this is your chance to be part of one of Brentwood’s most popular fall events.

Applications accepted through August 30th

Approval notices sent approximately 2 weeks after submission
